Demolition Requirement on Fort Hood Texas

an Invitation for Bids (IFB) firm fixed price construction contract to provide non-personal services for demolition of wooden, brick, metal structures, and the removal of relocatable structures throughout the Fort Hood Reservation. This acquisition is 100% Total Small Business set aside under NAICS 238910 (Size Standard $16.5 Million). The magnitude of the procurement is estimated to be between $10,000,000 and $25,000,000. All work under this contract will be performed within the confines of the Fort Hood Military Installation, at Fort Hood, TX. The Wage Determination: General Decision Number: TX20210230 01/01/2021, Superseded General Decision Number: TX20200230; State: Texas; Construction Type: Buildings: Bell County in Texas, will govern work under this contract. The bid guarantee in the amount shall be at least 20% of the bid price but shall not exceed $25 million. Performance and payment bonds must equal 100 percent of the original contract price. A tentative organized site visit will be conducted for this procurement to be determined (TBD). Details of that site visit will be available in the solicitation. The tentative dates for issuing, the solicitation is 22 April 2022, bid opening 26 April 2022 and completing contract performance within specified times listed on the solicitation designated for contract award.
