New Impact - Resistant Doors, Windows and Fixed Glass Panels in the Wickline Building

The project consists of site mobilization and demobilization; removal of all trim work (salvage to be reused as is practical); removal of twenty-five single hung windows and their movement mechanisms; removal of 1 set of exterior double doors; two single doors; 2 sidelights; 2 transoms. Replace all the above with equal number of doors, sidelights and transoms with impact-resistant, low E glazing; add all blocking and shims necessary to fit components into the existing rough openings; replace all trim material that was salvaged in the demolition or replace with treated wood (exterior) and Grade C select pine (interior) at sizes to match existing; repair interior and exterior plaster where damaged by demolition or installation; paint all new surfaces to match existing.
