Description

Replace legally existing nonconforming dock in the same but slightly smaller footprint. New dock will be constructed of bare steel framing or pre-engineered aluminum with grated decking. Flotation will be fully encased, and the dock will be supported by 6 bare steel piles. An unpermitted dock and boat lift will also be removed from the property.
