Provide and install a Pre-fabricated building of 40 feet by 40 feet. The building shall have the HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems specified in the construction drawings and technical specifications. Contractor must provide IT infrastructure and utilities should connect to existing water lines and new electrical service. Lastly, some of the amenities described in the construction drawings and technical specs consist of the following: • One (1) kitchenette area with a sink. • Water and electrical infrastructure for a bottle fill station. • Electrical connections for one refrigerator. Refrigerator will purchase by owner. • Furniture will be purchase by owner. • Exterior eyewash station and water hose hookup.
