Multi-Use Sports Complex

The work includes, but is not limited to the furnishing of the labor, materials, and equipment and the construction of the following: Two full-size amended topsoil, sodded and irrigated soccer fields; one amended topsoil, sodded and irrigated youth baseball field; one amended topsoil, sodded and irrigated youth softball field; one amended topsoil, sodded and irrigated adult softball field; one amended topsoil, sodded and irrigated adult baseball field; one half-size natural topsoil, sodded and irrigated soccer field; asphalt paved access drive and parking lots; four support buildings; splash pad area; playground; stone dust walking trail; concrete sidewalks; sports lighting system for two full-size soccer fields and all four diamond fields; parking lot and roadway lighting system; and water, sewer, storm and electric utilities.

Division 31 -	Earthwork, Selective Clearing, Grading.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Athletic and Recreational Surfacing, Site Improvements, Fences and Gates, Planting.
