The amount of the bond will be 100% of the contract price unless otherwise indicated in the specifications. The performance bond shall be supplied at the signing of the contract. A bid bond will be required with bid submission in the amount of 5% of the total bid, unless otherwise stated in the bid specifications. Split awards made to several vendors will Only be granted to those deemed responsive and responsible.
