Pump Station 5 Part II Permit Improvements - General/Building Contract

The Contractor shall provide a single and complete bid for the remaining work on the project. This work includes erosion and sedimentation controls, fence removal and replacement, fence installation, temporary security fencing, zoning, building, and foundation permitting with associated PA UCC inspections and construction of a 96 square foot wood frame building addition and associated foundation, concrete sidewalk construction, site grading and stabilization, landscaping, and materials, coordination, and other tasks not included in the electrical/controls or mechanical/plumbing contracts, as outlined above, as required to provide a complete project meeting the intent of the project construction plans.

Division 03 -	Concrete, Cast-in-Place Concrete.
Division 22 -	Plumbing, Plumbing Piping, Plumbing Equipment.
Division 26 -	Electrical, Instrumentation and Control for Electrical Systems.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Water Utilities, Water Utility Distribution Piping, Water Utility Distribution Equipment, Water Utility Pumping Stations, Wells.
Division 44 -	Pollution and Waste Control Equipment, Water Pollution Control Equipment.
