Description

Providing underground utility locating services for its gas, wastewater, water, traffic signal and street light wiring systems in Charlottesville, and portions of Albemarle County in accordance with the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR 49) 192.614, Virginia Underground Utility Damage Prevention Act and The National Utility Locating Contractors Association (NULCA) standards, and Virginia Utility Marking Standards. For the purpose of this RFP, all references to underground facilities or underground utilities shall include all City owned gas, water, sanitary sewer, traffic loops, electric and communication lines.
