Description

Scope of Work: 1. Contractor is responsible for verifying all field measurements prior to quoting the work and starting installation. 2. Contractor must be able to accommodate all required installations including, but not limited to, flatwork, drives, curbing, stairs and ADA accessibility ramps. 3. Contractor is responsible for the off-site disposal of all removed and excess material. 4. All concrete installations will meet city, state and federal guidelines, codes and requirements with regard to ADA, building code, environmental, life safety and fire safety regulations. 5. Contractor is responsible for securing all required permits prior to start of work and final inspections prior to invoicing.
