Description | As the Town of Queen Creek expands, the requirement for expansion of Town facilities and resources is also increasing. To meet this need the Town will be engaging a design firm to: 1. Carry out a space needs analysis for all Town departments both current and projected and an assessment of all current offices and facilities. Develop a plan for required additional space across the Town that will satisfy all department and function requirements, currently and projected, including any interim temporary accommodation requirements. Specifically, Public Works, Utilities and CIP Departments need to be housed at the Field Operations Facility, which is located at Ryan Road and 220th Street in Queen Creek. 2. Specific to the Field Operations Facility yard, develop options for site layout for a fully developed site, including any interim phases that satisfy the needs of all the departments operating out of the Field Operations Facility yard. This effort will inform the development of a master plan for the Field Operations Facility by Dibble Engineering (Dibble), already under contract with the Town. 3. Design of a new Fleet or Fleet Hybrid Administration and Maintenance Facility with the information obtained through the Space Needs Analysis and Master Planning effort. Dibble has been employed by the Town to produce a Master Plan of the Field Operation Facility site and to provide design services in the following areas: Grading and Drainage, Wet Utilities, Dry Utilities, Campus Lighting, Boundary Walls and Gates. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. |
