For Door Controls Upgrades for Sheriffs Office Due to the nature of the facility, we are allowing two (2) individuals from your company to attend the site visit portion of the meeting. Those individuals will need to submit a completed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) which is included in Attachment C of the solicitation package, as well as provide their full name and email address in order for a background check to be completed. Please send an email to bidclarifications@brazoriacountytx.gov and include the full name and email address of the two (2) individuals that will be in attendance and attach their signed NDA forms. The Brazoria County Human Resources Department will send a link to the individuals in order for their background check to be completed. Once we receive notification that their background check is cleared, our office will notify you. A clear background check and signed NDA will need to be received by our department prior to attending the pre-offer meeting and site visit. Any parties in attendance that has not been cleared will not be allowed to attend the site visit portion of the pre-offer meeting. Please see section 22.0 Background Checks and Non-Disclosure Agreements of this solicitation for more information. Vendors are to submit their signed Non-Disclosure Agreement, full name and email address to bidclarifications@brazoriacountytx.gov no later than Monday, January 2, 2023
