| Description | The Project involves all labor, equipment, materials, and supplies required for replacement of five (5) roof top air handling units in the Arbor Building. This includes the chilled water and hot water control valves and actuators and all Siemens temp sensors, static pressure switchs, dampers, actuators and other existing controls. All controls to be connected to existing BAS system. Replace Exhaust Fan Model D18-CCW-TH and Supply fan model FX18BH on Arbor North. Also, all Siemens BAS controls for each unit. Substantial Completion of the Project shall occur on or before December 31 2021. |
