The City Has Issued the Following Separate Bid Solicitations, One for Each Building. Each Will Be Awarded Separately and Each Will Have a Separate Contract. Hangar 36, 5333 N. Main St, Altus, Ok Replace 7 Furnaces/condensers, One Package Unit, 19 Gas Heaters and 1 Ptac Unit and New Install of Two 8000 Btu Ductless Mini-splits Units. Lincoln Center, 900 S. Carver Rd, Altus, Ok Replace 4 Furnaces With Roof-top Condensers Bid No. 22018-c Wilson School, 900 N. Willard St, Altus, Ok Replace 15 Roof-top Package Operation Care, 221 W. Walnut St, Altus, Ok Replace 2 Furnaces/condensers and 3 Package Units Bid No. 22018-e Enterprise Building, 2208 Enterprise Dr, Altus, Ok Replace 4 Furnaces/condensers The City Does Not Discriminate on the Basis of Race, Color, National Origin, Sex, Religion, Age or Handicap Status, in; Employment Decisions, the Procurement of Services, the Selection of Suppliers or Awarding of Bids and/or Contracts. Award Shall Be Based on a Determination of the Lowest Qualified Bid. "qualified" Is a Determination by the City Regarding the Capability of the Bidder to Perform the Work in Good Faith, With Integrity and Reliability as Well as the Materiality of the Bidder's Errors, Omissions, or Exceptions (if Any). The City Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids and to Study All Bids for Thirty (30) Days Prior to Bid Award. Bids Received More Than Ninety-six (96) Hours Before the Time Set for Opening of Bids, or Any Bid Received After the Time Set for the Opening of Bids, Shall Not Be Considered and Shall Be Returned Unopened.
