Description

Project consists of an eight-building multi-residential complex with associated site work. Project is located at 4465 and 4485 Old Battleground Road. As of May 26, 2021, zoning is approved for this project and site work is expected to start fourth quarter 2021 with vertical construction starting spring 2022. The developer will act as the general contractor. As of July 2022, project is still in design development and civils are not yet drawn. Project is now tentatively expected to commence second quarter 2023. As of November 3, 2022, project has been delayed and construction is now not expected to start before fall 2023.
