Utilities and Paving - Mantua Point Phase 2A and 2 B

As of 6/13/2022, project has been awarded but award amount was not confirmed. Project No: 064529061 For the work necessary for the installation of utilities and / or paving for 324 single family residential lots on approximately 107 acres in Van Alstyne, Texas ETJ. Bidders may bid utilities and / or paving for one or both Phases of development; they are not required to bid on all phases of work. The utilities and paving for each Phase of development will be awarded as separate contracts. Certified/Cashiers check or acceptable bidders bonds, payment without recourse to Owner or Developer, in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of total bid submitted must accompany bid. Developer and Owner reserve the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities and technicalities. Questions regarding the project should be directed to Thomas G.
