The Town of Green Mountain Falls (GMF), El Paso County, Colorado, a Colorado municipality, is seeking written "best value" bids from qualified, experienced contractors to provide all labor, materials and equipment necessary for the construction of flood repairs for the construction of a stilling basin for the Town, as per these specifications and construction plans.
