Arizona and Olympic Bathroom Upgrades - Phase II

The scope of work for this project consists of renovations in eighteen (18) first floor bathrooms and two (2) laundry rooms on the first floor Type 'B' units. The contractor is to provide labor and materials to remove, dispose of and replace as specified the existing toilets, cabinets and green-board board behind cabinets, countertops, medicine cabinets, faucets, area lighting, exhaust fans, electrical receptacles and plates, switches and plates, doors, door hardware, bath hardware, GFCI's, mirrors, angle stops, flex supply lines, flooring and cove base. Wall and floor tiles in Type B units to be removed and replaced; floor to be regraded to floor drain. Caulking surrounding the bathtub shall be removed and replaced, existing showerhead cartridges are to be removed and replaced, and contractor is to install a rebuilt kit for the shower valve. New replacement flooring shall be water resistant laminate, 6.5mm thickness with (pad attached). Bathroom cabinets shall be WIC certificated with top mounted sinks. Bathroom walls are to be patched where necessary, primed and the entire room painted in a semi-gloss finish paint.
