Remove and replace existing roof and HVAC system. Furnish and install new roofing material and A/C units. The required deposit for this permit shall be as described in the Bid Proposal. Bid Proposal Guaranty: A scanned copy of the Bid Proposal Guaranty shall be uploaded to PlanetBids along with project bid. Bid Proposal Guaranty shall be in the form of a cashier's or certified check payable to the City of Santa Ana, or Bid Bond issued by a corporate surety, in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid aggregate, as a guarantee that the Bidder will enter into the proposed contract if the same is awarded. The signature of the bidder on the bid bond must be notarized. In addition to electronic Bid submittals, Bidders shall deliver an original hard copy of the Bid Proposal Guaranty.
