Description

okout tower shall include demolition, disposal and re-construction of existing walls, interior and exterior siding, painting, sealing and roof of lookout cabin as well as design and construction of a new 6’ x 6’ metal building on concrete slab. The approximate lookout cabin dimensions are 14’-4” x 14’-4”. All existing windows and doors shall be reused. Walls for demolition are below lookout windows as well as framing around windows and may require jacking of roof to keep in place during construction.
