| Description | Biosolids Management Services for the Winnipesaukee River Basin Program (WRBP) Franklin Wastewater Treatment Plant, 528 River Street, Franklin, New Hampshire 03235. Provide all labor, materials, services, tools, equipment, transportation, facilities, sufficient permitted land application sites, or means and methods for management of biosolids at other facilities. The contract term shall be for an initial 5-year period. The total cost for the scope of work for the 5-year term plus an annual contingency for any additional required work shall be the contract price limitation. The contract may be terminated at any time at the sole discretion of the WRBP. |
