Construction of Water Plant No. 2 - Ground Storage Tank No. 2 Replacement

The project is located approximately 1000 ft south east of the intersection of W. Little York and Barker-Cypress Road (Harris County Key Map 407-T & 407-X). The plant address is 6161 ½ Langham Way Dr. Houston, TX 77084.The plant address is 6161 ½ Langham Way Dr. Houston, TX 77084.The work consists of providing the necessary labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and planning for construction of one (1) 435,000-gallon precast, prestressed concrete ground storage tank including foundation; electrical work; control modifications; protective coatings; plant piping; valves; fittings; thrust blocks; pipe supports; site drainage; hydromulch; concrete pavement; pipe supports; pressure testing; bacteriological testing; demolition of one (1) existing 420,000-gallon bolted steel ground storage tank including foundation, piping, valves, and fittings; plant piping and valves; and all additional items needed for a complete and operational system, complete as specified and as shown in the drawings.
