| Description | The Roof and Gutter Replacement is to be performed for the City of Dover Weyandt Hall on the upper slope mansard roof, the building sign, two vestibules and perimeter of the drive thru canopy. The flat roof on the drive thru canopy is also included in this scope of work. The shingles on the upper mansard roof and the drive thru canopy flat roof contain asbestos. These roofing materials are to be removed by a State of Delaware licensed asbestos abatement contractor. The asbestos waste shall be disposed of in an approved landfill. |
