Planning Consulting Services (Pool)

Proposals from qualified firms, persons, or both for a variety of on-demand planning services, which include, Application review including preparing written comments identifying provisions of the City’s Land Development Code that must be addressed by the developer through revisions to the site plan. The written comments must be loaded into the electronic platform used by the City by specified deadlines and reviewer must participate in the City’s bi-monthly Development Review Committee (DRC) meeting, Processing of variance requests, those qualifying for administrative variances as well as those processed through public hearing. Processing includes communicating with applicants, analyzing the request against the applicable code provisions, and consulting with Community Development staff regarding recommendation, drafting a staff report and resolution.
