Playground Improvements - Canby Grove Park

PROJECT DESCRIPTION A. Work of one prime Contract comprises this Project. B. The Project includes but is not limited to the following improvements to Department of Parks and Recreation facilities: 1. Provide demolition and disposal of existing designated playground equipment structures including safety surfacing systems and site accessories as shown on the Drawings. 2. Install and maintain 4 feet high construction fence as shown on the Drawings. 3. Install AND maintain construction entrance measures as shown on the Drawings. At end of project remove measures and restore site as noted on the Drawings. 4. Provide, install (and remove at end of project) protection for existing site features to remain. 5. Provide and install required fill material as needed. 6. Install playground & play structures. Equipment provided by Owner. 7. Furnish and install playground safety surfacing systems and edging. 8. Install new concrete walkway as shown on the Drawings. 9. Reseed disturbed areas of lawn as shown on the Drawings. 10. Maintain and water new lawn areas for one 45 days after final acceptance. 11. Procure and install stormwater management system. 12. Provide project record documents and operation and maintenance data.
