The Office of the Special Trustee for American Indians (OST) seeks to remove the existing twenty-three (23) card readers and upgrade the quality and achieve cost savings of its current physical security access system through the procurement and installation of a Hirsch brand or equal system that includes twenty-four (24) new card readers and access controllers. OST also seeks a scheduled maintenance and unscheduled service agreement for the care and upkeep of the Hirsch brand or equal physical security access system.
