Description | **TRADE CONTRACT - 08A** Bid Package #4 - Hospital - North Additions, South Additions, Renovations for the Saint Francis Health System South Hospital Expansion and Renovations Project. There will be three distinct areas of the project, the North Additions (Early North/North Addition), Renovations, and South Additions (Tower and Lobby) Work includes Selective Building Demolition, Building Concrete, Masonry, Structural Steel, Architectural Woodwork and Casework, Roofing Systems, Joint Sealants and Waterproofing, Metal Panels, Glass Rainscreen Systems, Applied Fireproofing, Door Assemblies, Aluminum and Glazing Systems, Coiling and Overhead Door, Operable Partitions, Gypsum Wall Assemblies and Ceiling Systems, Flooring and Tile, Epoxy Flooring, Terrazzo, Painting and Wall Coverings, Modular Head Walls, Building Specialties Items, Canopies, Kitchen Equipment, Fall Restraint Systems, Window Washing Systems, Loading Dock Equipment, Window Treatments, Manual Roller Shades, Metal Casework, X-Ray Shielding Protection, Elevators, Fire Suppression System, Mechanical (Plumbing and HVAC), Electrical and Low Voltage Systems. Crossland Construction Co. and the owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any formalities or irregularities in any bid, and to accept the bid or bids which seem most advantageous to the Owner.
