Description of Work: This is a prevailing wage project. New conventional commercial-educational building of approximately 6,000 square feet located at Main Station Farm. The new building will house smart classroom, laboratory, carcass room, conference room, offices, and accessory rooms as required. Estimated Cost Range: $3,838,319 to $4,038,319 Liquidated Damages: $1,000/day Completion of Work: Subject to change by Owner, Work is scheduled to begin on March 23, 2023, and shall be fully complete by April 15, 2024. Special Considerations: No temporary power. Required Insurance if Awarded: Commercial General Liability, Business Automobile Liability, Workers Compensation, Contractors Pollution Liability and Builders Risk Insurance will be required.
