0000025092 The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, permits and fees necessary for the AVCRAD Cooling Tower located at Fresno AVCRAD, 5168 E. Dakota Avenue, Fresno, California. Work to include: Replacement of existing cooling tower due to age, wear and tear. One pump is no longer working. License B Contractor, UNSPSC 72151200. All work shall be in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements of this Invitation for Bid (IFB). The Contracting Officer Representative (COR) / Project Manager (PM) for this project is CPT Hernandez, Andrew, at andrew.hernandez@cmd.ca.gov or the Assistant COR (ACOR) SSG Miller, Vincent at vincent.miller@cmd.ca.gov. Prospective bidders MUST sign-in prior to the start of the job walk, attend the entire job walk and be present for roll call at the conclusion of the job walk. Bidders who do not remain for the entire job walk will be considered non-responsive and will not be allowed to bid on this project. The prime contractor MUST possess a type B - General Building Contractor license.
