Description | In order to maintain operational reliability of the water treatment plant, daily removal of processed Lime Sludge is required. 1. Estimated expended Lime Sludge quantities average 17-34 Tons per Day, seven days per week with an estimated annual average of 9,000 Tons. 2. The City of Port Orange will assign City personnel to deliver the Lime Sludge to the Contractor. 3. Contractor shall be responsible for the location for receiving the Lime Sludge and the site for the material disposal. 4. Contractor shall coordinate with the Water Plant Operators for daily deliveries of Lime Sludge loads, up to three per day. Garnsey Water Plant operation is continuous, and loads will be delivered 365 days per year. |
