| Description | Mountain Road Project : Place 60 LF of 36" HDPE Pipe, approx. 20 ton of R-4 Rock, approx. 80 ton of R-7 Rock, approx. 110 ton of 2A Aggregate, approx. 8 CY of flowable fill, removal and re-installation of 2 sections guiderail, and install 7 Each headwall blocks. Township will supply all materials. Bid is for labor, equipment, and placement only. Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the contracts is required of all bidders. Performance bond and payment bond in the amount of 100% of the contract, as well as proof of worker's compensation insurance will be required from the lowest responsible bidder. All work and material must meet current Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Specifications Form 408 and its Supplements. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Municipality. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. Pennsylvania Prevailing Wages are applicable to this project. |
