Description | County of Merrimack is soliciting proposals for roofing system replacement services at the following location: -Merrimack County Attorney's Office, 4 Court Street, Concord NH 03301 The project consists of removing the existing Slate roofing system, underlayment/ insulation, flashings, and replace with a high quality Asphalt Shingle on Roof and Mansards at the County Attorney Office at 4 Court Street, Concord. The County of Merrimack aims to move as quickly as practicable and identify the most qualified Respondent that: 1. Meet the needs of the County of Merrimack. 2. Demonstrates a thorough understanding of the work. 3. Is capable of performing the work in a timely manner. County of Merrimack is soliciting proposals for roofing system replacement services at the following location: Merrimack County Attorney's Office, 4 Court Street, Concord NH 03301 The project consists of removing the existing Slate roofing system, underlayment/ insulation, flashings, and replace with a high quality Asphalt Shingle on Roof and Mansards at the County Attorney Office at 4 Court Street, Concord. The Contractor must provide a method whereby they can be readily contacted during normal business hours. The Contractor shall have a twenty (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week (24/7) point of contact (i.e., voice mail or answering machine) where messages may be left. There should be a response within twenty-four hours to messages that are left by the County during business hours. Repeated failure to respond may, at the option of the county, result in termination of the Contract. B. The County has the option of declaring any needed work to be an emergency. C. The Contractor will participate in a Kickoff Meeting hosted by the County upon award of the Contract. D. Proposers shall provide pricing to perform the work in the above noted drawings and specifications. E. Proposers will provide a separate price for each building in the proposal. F. The Contractor shall have sufficient resources to be able to work multiple jobs at the same time. G. All work shall be scheduled with the County at least seventy-two hours before the work begins. Once scheduled, the Contractor will adhere to the schedule unless authorization to re-schedule is given by the County. H. For this Concord building, there is no parking or storage room available on site. The Contractor will need to engage the City of Concord for permit parking or daily use metered parking. |
