SUNY ECC North Campus 2020 Kittinger Hall Window and Door Replacement

North Campus ADA & Electrical Upgrades - General Construction Work: To Telco Construction for selective demolition and gut renovation of multi-fixture toilet rooms in several buildings including Kittinger Hall, to resolve accessibility issues and provide new finishes. New ADA signage, replacement of door hardware, addition of auto door operators and other improvements to address non-compliance with accessibility requirements. Sitework including repair and replacement of exterior concrete ramps and handrails, regrading and repaving work, curb repairs and parking signage. Abatement of hazardous materials associated with General Construction, Electrical, Mechanical and Plumbing Work. a. Kittinger Hall Phase 2 toilet room work will occur starting May 2022 until end of August 2022 North Campus ADA & Electrical Upgrades - Electrical Construction Work: To Industrial Power & Lighting Corp for electrical work associated with toilet room renovations: new recessed LED lighting, emergency lighting and electric hand dryers. The work also includes building-wide improvements to existing fire alarm systems. a. Kittinger Hall Phase 2 toilet room work will occur starting May 2022 until end of August 2022 North Campus ADA & Electrical Upgrades - Mechanical Construction Work: To JW Danforth for heating and ventilation work associated with toilet room renovations: toilet room exhaust systems modified for new layouts, new radiant ceiling panels and controls, replacement of rooftop exhaust fans. a. Kittinger Hall Phase 2 toilet room work will occur starting May 2022 until end of August 2022 North Campus ADA & Electrical Upgrades - Plumbing Construction Work: To Willett Builders for plumbing associated with toilet room renovations. a. Kittinger Hall Phase 2 toilet room work will occur starting May 2022 until end of August 2022 North & South Campus-wide Sidewalk & Concrete Curb Replacement – General Construction Work: Sidewalk and concrete curb replacement and other miscellaneous work. a. Scheduled from April 2022 through August 2022.
