The City of Topeka is soliciting bids for a multi-year Convenience Contract, which provides for the repair of various pumps installed in the infrastructure of the Water Pollution Control or Water Division. Q And A Open9/14/2022 7:01:00 PM Q And A Close9/30/2022 3:30:00 AM These specifications cover the minimum requirements for a multi-year Convenience Contract, which provide for the repair of various pumps installed in the infrastructure of the Water Pollution Control or Water Division. The brand named pumps include, but are not limited to: Flygt, Worthington, ABS, Barbarian, Layne & Bowler, Ingersoll, and Dresser. The City of Topeka reserves the rights to continue to make in-house repairs and to receive separate bids for repair or rebuilding of individual pumps as the City deems necessary during the term of the agreement with the awarded contractor. It is the intent of the City of Topeka to award to one or more contractors for providing the repair of existing pumps maintained within City water and wastewater infrastructure.
