| Description | The scope of work consists of the sweeping of streets within the Village of Hinsdale, including all curbed collector, secondary, cul-de-sacs and dead-end streets. The Village of Hinsdale is soliciting three-year pricing for this service The effective date of the contract will be 9/18/23 through 9/18/24 for the first year. The Village reserves the right to reject year two and/or year three pricing, contingent on available budget funds. All proposals must be submitted on the forms provided by the Village and must be accompanied by a bank cashier's check, bid bond, or certified check in the amount of 5% of the bid. The Village reserves the right to reject any and all bids, or to waiver any irregularities or any informalities when such waiver would not be detrimental to the best interest of the Village and would not prejudice the bidding process.
