Remodeling existing office space on third floor to create new office suites, conference spaces, and student lounge. Remodeling second floor lounge for updated lounge and collaboration space as well as two tenant spaces. This project includes but is not limited to a full remodel of each space including, new layout, new walls, ceilings, and flooring, new casework and finishes, mechanical and electrical upgrades, plumbing upgrades, fires system upgrades, and new lighting. Questions regarding the scope of work should be directed to the Design Professional. This is a tax exempt project. Iowa Construction Sales Tax Exemption Certificates will be provided. This project has a participation goal of 10% for certified Targeted Small Businesses as specified in the Project Requirements.
