PREVAILING WAGES: Prevailing wages shall be paid in accordance with the Missouri Division of Labor Standards, Annual Wage Order and Davis-Bacon Act as listed in the Project Manual. PROJECT AWARD: Project will be presented to the Board of Trustees on October 11, 2023. Intended project award date to be October 12, 2023, with an anticipated construction start date of October 23, 2023. PROJECT COMPLETION: All Work for this project shall be substantially complete by November 15, 2024. Final completion shall be met by December 15, 2024. The Project consists of the construction of a 186'-0" x 80'-0", one-story (approximately 14,880 SF) building in addition to all necessary site work. The facility contains classrooms, an administration area, a community room, and an EDS lab.
