Repair and/or replacement of HVAC System - 910 Madison (One Stop Shop)

Architecture and Planning Department is requesting a proposal for repair and/or replacement of the existing HVAC system located in 910 Madison Plaza - One Stop Shop area. UT proposes to repair the existing HVAC system in the One Stop Shop located in 910 Madison building on the first floor. The project will consist of HVAC demolition per the drawings and construction of the new ducts, VAV boxes and piping as outlined in the drawings and specifications. Contractor MUST have experience with HVAC systems repairs and installation and metal duct fabrication. The project will need to be coordinated with the Project Manager to limit the interruption of the students, faculty, and staff on campus. Deadline for Questions 06/02/2022 @ 4:30 pm CST 1. UTHSC will order and provide all HVAC related materials to complete the job 2. UTHSC will be removing/demolishing the existing lay-in ceilings to provide the access to the HVAC systems. 3. Provide floor coverings during the renovation to protect the existing flooring 4. Install/re-install the lay-in ceiling after the HVAC work is completed 5. Patch and paint any walls, ceilings, etc. that may have been damaged during the HVACrenovation 6. Construction and final site cleanup 7. Manage the renovation project from beginning to end including any inspections SBC NO: 540/013-01-2020
