Description

Soliciting bids from responsible and established bidders known to be experienced and regularly engaged in the reconstruction of roadways, construction of stormwater drainage facilities, and green infrastructure. The Village plans to reconstruct Winchester Avenue in the Westside Neighborhood between 127th Street and 124th Street. The project will include full depth removal of Winchester Avenue, as well as construction of bioswales, permeable pavement, permeable pavers, a rain garden, storm structure cleanouts, and other improvements within the public right-of-way.
