Atlantic City Expressway East Maintenance Garage Project

Major work items include and are not limited to: The construction of a new maintenance garage that will include an office area, a mezzanine storage area and truck service bays. The office area includes an office, unisex bathrooms, locker room and a break room. The building will be a pre-engineered metal structure with metal walls and roof and a concrete slab on grade. All new utilities will be brought to the building from various on-site locations. The existing large salt dome and truck heater electrical service will be re-fed from the new building electrical service. The existing small salt dome will also be re-fed from the new building electrical service and will receive new lights and an exhaust fan.
