| Description | The scope of work entails the replacement of domestic hot water return piping and associated construction in the West Pavilion Basement and first floor of University Hospital. The scope includes installation of new piping and insulation, removal of existing piping and cleaning and sanitizing work in accordance with a water ICRA. The work shall be performed within the operating hospital facility using a high level of infection control measures. The Contractor shall demonstrate experience with the implementation and maintenance of infection control measures and interim life safety measures in hospital environments. |
