| Description | For location refer Page.No: 74 to 77.To Provide the necessary labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary to perform, inspection, testing, certifications, monitoring, and all preventative maintenance and corrective maintenance repairs of MARC’s fire systems. This work includes Quarterly and annual maintenance and inspection of MARC’s sprinkler systems per NFPA 25 – Standard for Testing Maintenance Water Based Fire Protection Systems. Annual maintenance and inspection of MARC’s fire alarm systems per NFPA 72 – Standard for Testing Fire Alarm & Signaling Code Systems Monthly monitoring for MARC’s fire alarm systems Annual maintenance and inspection of all fire relate systems within MARC’s elevator shafts Annual Maintenance and inspections of MARC’s fire extinguishers per NFPA 10 – Standard for Portable Fire Extinguishers 24/7 On-Call Support and Repairs to any of MARC’s fire systems. |
