Renovations to Columbia Waterworks - Phase III

The Project consists of interior renovations for City of Columbia. Bid preparation and submittal will be in accordance with Section 00 21 13 Instructions to Bidders bound in the Project Manual. Bid Bond Security/Guarantee in the amount of 5% of total bid will be required in Contracts exceeding $25,000. 100% Performance and Payment Bond will be required. Licensing and other certification of qualifications will be required as specified in the contract documents. Where applicable, the foregoing certificate number must be indicated on the exterior of the sealed bid envelope before it will be opened. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids and to waive any irregularities in the bidding procedure without obligation to or notification of any bidders. Question Deadline 04/08/2023 Direct questions in writing to the Architect. Submit questions not less than 3 days before date set for receipt of Bids.
