Labelle Zone A Part 2 Septic Tank Conversion Project

Construction of a gravity sewer system. This is a continuation of the LaBelle Zone A Part 1 Septic Tank Conversion project, which is currently in construction. The project consists of a base bid and six alternates for the construction of approximately 8,750 linear feet of 8" PVC SDR-26 gravity main, up to 37 manholes, up to 87 new gravity sewer service laterals from the gravity main to the ROW, up to 76 new gravity sewer service laterals from the ROW to the house connection point and abandonment of the septic tanks. Additional work to be performed at an existing lift station site at the intersection of Washington Avenue and North Missouri Street, includes spectrashield lining and installation of a generator. The project includes all paving, roadway construction, grading, sodding, restoration and site work; and all incidental work needed to provide an in-place, functioning system.
