2023 Paving Project

The paving construction package includes three project locations within the City of Kingfisher: the Playground of Dreams Parking Lot includes the construction of an ADA compliant reinforced P.C. concrete pavement parking lot, extension of a P.C. concrete pavement storage facility, and an asphalt 2" mill and overlay for the intersection at 13th St. and Will Rogers Dr Each bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope bearing on the outside, the name of the bidder, his/her address and the name of the project for which the bid is submitted. If forwarded by mail, the sealed envelope containing the bid must be enclosed in another envelope addressed as specified in the bid form. All blank spaces for bid prices must be completed in ink, or typewritten and in both words and figures. The work to be covered under these contracts in accordance with the drawings listed herein and, in these specifications, consists of the furnishing of all materials, equipment, tools, labor, transportation and services necessary to complete the construction as outlined herein and as shown on the drawings. The complete installation shall not lack any part which can be reasonably implied as necessary to its proper functioning nor any subsidiary which is customarily furnished. Questions regarding documents, discrepancies, omissions, or intent of the specifications or drawings shall be submitted in writing to the OWNER through the ENGINEER at least seven (7) days prior to opening of bids to provide time for issuing and forwarding an addendum.
