2023 Pole Testing Bid

It is proposed that the winning bid will be awarded at the October 19, 2022 Peru Utility Service Board meeting at 4:00 p.m. Any bid not sealed, delivered after the 3:00 p.m. deadline, or that are incomplete will not be accepted. All sealed bids should be clearly marked and endorsed on the outside as follows: Michael Walsh Peru Utilities 335 East Canal Street P.O. Box 67 Peru, Indiana 46970-0067 "2023 Pole Testing Bid" The above bids must be submitted on Form 96, with non-collusion affidavit completed, and must be accompanied by a certified check or Bond made payable to Peru Utilities in the amount of ten (10%) percent of the proposal.
