Boat Lift for Lake Pleasant Government Dock with required delivery and equipment installation completion date of August 30, 2022. The AGFD reserves the right to unilaterally extend the period of any resultant contract for thirty-one (31) days beyond the stated expiration date. In addition, by mutual written agreement, any resultant contract may be extended for a supplemental period up to a maximum of forty-eight (48) months in 12-month increments.This procurement is expected to be less than $100,000. In accordance with A.R.S. 41-2535 and A.A.C. R2-7- D301 purchases under $100,000 are restricted to small businesses. A small business is one that, including its affiliates, is independently owned and operated, is not dominant in the type of business it conducts, and which employs fewer than 100 full-time employees OR which had gross receipts of less than $4 million dollars in its last fiscal year (A.R.S Section 41-1001-21).
