Department of Corrections Data Room Expansion

1. Demolition and removal of existing equipment, finishes and devices. 2. Removal of existing door. 3. Install new 2.5-ton mini split air conditioning unit with wall mounted indoor unit located above the door to the existing communication room. Route condensate to gravity drain to new hub drain. Condenser to be located next to existing one and add bollards. 4 lb/hr electric steam generating humidifier with unit mounted distribution fan for non-ducted application. 4. Enclose existing drain and supply serving sink in adjacent room. 5. Extend HUB drain through top of enclosure to receive air handling condensation drain. 6. In Property and evidence packaging provide two 20A 208V 2 pole receptacles. Intercept booking equipment provide one NEMA 5-20R receptacle. 7. Install heat and smoke detector shall be installed in the new server room and will be compatible and connected to the existing fire alarm system. 8. Patch and paint walls, floors, ceilings, as required. 9. Replace closet door with pull across gate and lock. 10. Other Work indicated in the Contract Documents.
