Backup UPS Replacement

As of May 3, 2023, no bid received for this project. No definite date for the rebid. Mesquite ISD is requesting bids to replace our current UPS installed in our data center at 800 E Kearney Mesquite TX 75149. Please refer to the provided set of Specifications and CAD drawings from the district's engineering firm Ree d Wells and Benson. No additional funds will be paid to the winning bidder for further engineering of this project unless approved in advance and in writing by the district. The scope shall include the furnishing and installing of new Energy Management System devices with new direct digital controllers as an extension of the building's existing Energy Management System, all local and remote-control panels, appurtenances, etc., to accomplish specific control sequences specified herein. This shall also include making provision for supporting structures, and other required components for a complete and operating system. For additional information please All site visits shall be coordinated and scheduled with the Owner. Questions in regard to this proposal must be submitted to the Director of Purchasing for clarification.
