| Description | Reclaiming and resurface with hot mix asphalt on 290TH Ave (Basswood Road) beginning at 152nd St. (Sand lake Road) and heading west one (1) mile. Specifications include: • Apply 3” inches of 1.25 inch D.O.T. base aggregate dense • Pulverize existing asphalt to a depth of 4 inches and fine grade • Option 1-Place 2 inch overlay of compacted hot mix blacktop on reclaimed road • Option 2-Place 2.5 inch overlay of compacted hot mix blacktop on reclaimed road • Twenty (20) foot width • Two foot shouldering • All driveways shall be winged out with 2 feet of asphalt • Quote price per ton, tonnage and total cost. Contractor shall comply with all State and Federal Air and Quality Standards. All contractors are responsible for traffic control during the project. • If total improvement costs exceed $65,000 an engineer certification is required |
