Description | Bid will be awarded according to the lowest, and best, overall bid meeting specifications. This is an all-or-nothing bid. Bid results are scheduled for presentation at the Board of Trustees' Meeting scheduled for Once the bid is approved, purchase orders and/or contract will be issued. This bid will remain valid from October 19, 2022 - December 19, 2022. Jones County Junior College reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informality in bids, and to accept any items on the bid unless otherwise specified by the bidder. Bidders' questions and the college's response will be provided to all known potential bidders. Bids not received before the date will not be opened and will be returned to the bidder. Bid openings are open to the public. No discussion will be entered into with any vendor as to the quality or provisions of the specifications, and no award will be stated or implied at the bid opening. Between the bid opening and the meeting of the Board of Trustees, bids will be in the evaluation process and will not be available for review by bidders.
